Welcome to the year we have all been waiting for. The year we all expect to be a better year.

As we are all aware, there are many prediction and prophesies about 2016, even the Government of the nation is saying the year will be tougher than 2015 economy wise.

But the only people that will succeed in 2016 are people that can think and see positively like Caleb and Joshua – Numbers 13:1-3, 25-33;

Verse 30; says “And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.”

If you desire greatness in this New Year 2016, find below some of the KEYS you need to succeed in this year;

• ·         Be the leader of your own journey (follow your dream).

• ·         Sometimes the journey might not go the way you think, note that sometimes what you don’t want is what you need.

• ·         Be ready take calculated risk not just any risk.

• ·         Don’t just have idea (knowledge), take calculated action.

• ·         Expect to win (Be optimistic).

• ·         Talk about your victory not your sorrow (challenges)

• ·         Think you can (possibility) Luke 1:37

• ·         Flow with your life rather than against it (stop seeing problem all time)

• ·         Mind the way you handle another man’s job…who knows what might happen later…

• ·         Not everything money can buy…so value what money can’t buy like relationship, love

• ·         Be wise enough to walk away from negativity

• ·         Change your mindset from the level you are now to the level you want….right from your dressing, the way you talk, etc

• ·         You cannot please everyone; remember the song of Ebenezer Obey that says “Ko sogbon to le da, Kosi’wa to le wu, Ko so’na to le mo, to le fi t’aye lorun o” meaning; there’s no way you can satisfy human being. Also, remember that story about the man, the son and the horse…….

• ·         Anywhere you are, don’t just be present but be available (let people feel your impact)

• ·         Say goodbye, so that you can say hello; Something must go for new things to come in. If whatever you do doesn’t profit you it’s better you say goodbye because for every goodbye you say, you will receive many hellos………..
